TL;DR

Location: Must be based in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA. Preference for candidates within travel distance of the Jersey City office.

Salary: $100,000 - $105,000

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of client and agency relationships while driving new business development.
  • Prospect and close revenue opportunities across luxury, financial services, healthcare, and technology categories.
  • Develop and present integrated, multi-platform proposals including digital, branded content, social, and live events.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure long-term account success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality proposals and seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must reside in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
  • 3-5 years of advertising sales experience, preferably in integrated media.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new business.
  • Experience managing and growing an existing book of business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
