TL;DR

Account Executive (Ecommerce): Driving the expansion of hirify.global’s supply by acquiring and nurturing new livestream sellers with an accent on full-cycle sales and strategic seller growth. Focus on sourcing high-potential SMBs, closing deals, and utilizing data to optimize seller performance.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City hubs

Salary: $120K – $135K OTE

hirify.global is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, enabling users to buy, sell, and discover items across hundreds of categories.

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and strategic coaching.
  • Source and acquire high-potential SMB sellers with an existing online presence.
  • Lead discovery and closing calls via video and phone to communicate the value proposition.
  • Analyze key data points to assess seller growth and drive continuous iteration.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop business growth strategies and product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of selling, closing deals, and managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manipulate data for business insights.
  • Must be based in the US and live within commuting distance of SF, LA, or NYC hubs.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Airtable.
  • Passion for creator communities and live ecommerce.
  • Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
