Salary: $120K – $135K OTE

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to onboarding new livestream sellers.
• Act as the go-to expert for SMBs to help them scale their businesses on the hirify.global platform.
• Lead discovery and onboarding calls via video and phone to communicate value propositions.
• Utilize data points to assess seller growth and iterate on sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop business growth strategies and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Proven track record of selling and closing deals while managing multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and ability to handle data-driven business insights.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City hubs.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Airtable.
