Salary: $100,000–$135,000 + commission

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold email, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Audit sales prospect accounts and present the value of performance marketing services.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales quotas.
- Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.
- Maintain and track all sales activities and lead management within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven experience selling performance marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and PR.
- Must be based in the US (specifically in the states listed in the location section).
- Expertise in generating new pipeline independently via cold outbound outreach.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot Sales Hub, and ZoomInfo.
