What you will do

• Handle a caseload of Industrial Disease claims, including Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS).
• Draft court documents and prepare comprehensive bundles.
• Conduct negotiations and represent the firm in telephone hearings.
• Analyze evidence and provide regular reporting to clients.
• Liaise with Counsel and experts to progress files toward resolution.
• Maintain compliance with SRA Standards, Regulations, and client SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience in claims handling, either in pre-litigation or litigated stages.
• Solid understanding of the litigation process.
• Ability to take direction from a Partner and meet chargeable targets.
• Knowledge of the disease market and current legal developments.
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of client requirements.
