What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships for strategic, multi-million ARR enterprise accounts.
- Drive measurable business outcomes by aligning success plans with customer engineering and business goals.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Lead executive-level engagement, including EBRs, with CTOs and board-level stakeholders.
- Define and evolve CS playbooks, KPIs, and engagement standards to support function scaling.
- Mentor and develop team members to raise the bar on strategic account ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success or strategic account management at top-tier B2B SaaS companies.
- 3+ years operating at a Senior CSM level or equivalent.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Deep domain expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer infrastructure.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Player/coach experience with formal or informal team leadership.
- Experience shaping a CS function from an early stage.
- Familiarity with modern revenue stacks and CS platforms like Vitally or Gainsight.
