TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US

Compensation: $160,000–$170,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end relationships for strategic, multi-million ARR enterprise accounts.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by aligning success plans with customer engineering and business goals.
  • Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Lead executive-level engagement, including EBRs, with CTOs and board-level stakeholders.
  • Define and evolve CS playbooks, KPIs, and engagement standards to support function scaling.
  • Mentor and develop team members to raise the bar on strategic account ownership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or strategic account management at top-tier B2B SaaS companies.
  • 3+ years operating at a Senior CSM level or equivalent.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Deep domain expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer infrastructure.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Player/coach experience with formal or informal team leadership.
  • Experience shaping a CS function from an early stage.
  • Familiarity with modern revenue stacks and CS platforms like Vitally or Gainsight.
