Salary: $125,000 - $169,000 (US) / $133,000 - $161,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for the largest and most strategic enterprise customers.
- Guide customers through account setup, goal alignment, and best practice implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and senior executives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless transition.
- Adapt and refine onboarding programs to meet specific regional and segment needs.
- Balance high-touch customer service with the need for scalable, efficient processes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the EDT timezone.
- Proven experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or activation programs for enterprise accounts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to align timelines and stakeholders.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Rocketlane, Omni, and Slack.
- Familiarity with dbt or the modern data stack.
- Understanding of how data teams operate and deliver value.
