Salary: $125,000 - $169,000 (US) / $133,000 - $161,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for the largest and most strategic enterprise customers.
• Guide customers through account setup, goal alignment, and best practice implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and senior executives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless transition.
• Adapt and refine onboarding programs to meet specific regional and segment needs.
• Balance high-touch customer service with the need for scalable, efficient processes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the EDT timezone.
• Proven experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or activation programs for enterprise accounts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to align timelines and stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Rocketlane, Omni, and Slack.
• Familiarity with dbt or the modern data stack.
• Understanding of how data teams operate and deliver value.
