What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of customers to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide expert deployment guidance and help customers establish a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
  • Lead workshops to demonstrate the full value of the platform across the software development lifecycle.
  • Monitor customer performance against key indicators and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Translate product usage data into clear recommendations for expansion and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align on customer success plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and value realization.
  • Background in customer success, professional services, or technical account management.
  • Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
