TL;DR
Director, Customer Success (Healthtech): Leading and evolving the Strategic Customer Success function for enterprise clients with an accent on retention, expansion, and long-term value realization. Focus on shaping the operating model, driving cross-functional alignment, and developing high-performing teams in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Location: Remote (US-based), with occasional travel required (approx. 5 days per quarter).
Salary: $155,000–$180,000 base, plus variable component.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Customer Success Executives managing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Define and execute a customer success strategy focused on retention, expansion, and long-term health.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Establish scalable operational processes for account management, QBRs, and renewals.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise accounts (20,000+ lives).
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or highly consultative environments.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to clients approximately 5 business days per quarter.
