TL;DR

Director, Customer Success (Healthtech): Leading and evolving the Strategic Customer Success function for enterprise clients with an accent on retention, expansion, and long-term value realization. Focus on shaping the operating model, driving cross-functional alignment, and developing high-performing teams in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Location: Remote (US-based), with occasional travel required (approx. 5 days per quarter).

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 base, plus variable component.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Customer Success Executives managing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Define and execute a customer success strategy focused on retention, expansion, and long-term health.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Establish scalable operational processes for account management, QBRs, and renewals.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product strategy and innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise accounts (20,000+ lives).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or highly consultative environments.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel to clients approximately 5 business days per quarter.

  • Experience supporting enterprise HR, benefits, or people-focused organizations.
  • Background in fertility, digital health, or broader health tech industries.
  • Experience scaling or transforming Customer Success organizations in high-growth companies.
