is building a leading operating system for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to streamline billing, operations, and automation.
What you will do
- Manage customer relationships from post-sales kickoff through implementation and long-term growth.
- Oversee customer onboarding, user training, and successful migration processes.
- Act as a customer advocate, communicating feedback and needs to product and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer-facing documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex challenges related to the operating system.
- Nurture a community of CSPs to share best practices and promote a customer-centric philosophy.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Experience with B2B software and Customer Support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and balance various tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technological challenges.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in the telecom industry or working with CSPs.
