Location: Must be based near a office hub; expected in-office 3 days/week.
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage post-sales relationships for a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive ROI and value.
- Collaborate with customers to map, redesign, and optimize critical business workflows.
- Identify and activate AI-powered use cases to solve complex organizational challenges.
- Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment and executive enablement.
- Conduct strategic business reviews focused on outcomes, success metrics, and future opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence product direction and deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer needs into practical business outcomes.
- Experience navigating technical and business conversations regarding integrations and data flows.
- Solid understanding of modern AI platforms and tools.
- Must be able to work from a office hub 3 days per week.
