What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and rollout plans for new enterprise customers.
- Identify and remove barriers to platform adoption to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Partner with Sales to drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Oversee renewals and forecasting to ensure timely and successful commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Monitor and report on customer health and usage metrics to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales or customer success.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and industry-standard CS platforms.
- Proven history of building relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Startup experience and a self-motivated, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with developer tools or renewal management.
- Proficiency with CS platforms like Totango, Gainsight, or Pylon.
- Interest in the AI and developer tools ecosystem (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor).
