What you will do

• Implement and maintain secure corporate applications and IT operational automations, including AI chatbots.
• Manage and optimize access management workflows using Workday, Okta, and iPaaS tools like Zapier.
• Ensure technological compliance and maintain MDM, office network infrastructure, and remote collaboration tools.
• Design, deploy, and operate Dante-based digital audio networks for onsite events and general sessions.
• Provide hands-on A/V, networking, and conferencing support during periodic travel to offices and events.
• Build and report on team OKRs, roadmaps, and maintain third-party vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of the Los Angeles, CA Hub.
• 4+ years of experience as an IT professional in a high-growth or tech company.
• 2+ years of experience with onsite event A/V support and coordination.
• Proven experience deploying cloud-based corporate applications and automation for IAM and security.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Intune), Apple/Windows systems, and Google Workspace.
• Expertise in Dante-based audio networks and managing professional A/V hardware (Shure, Sennheiser, Yamaha, Q-SYS).
