What you will do

• Own and manage the IT support queue in Jira Service Management, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Administer user accounts and access across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on security and compliance.
• Provide local IT support for office employees, including hardware troubleshooting and conference room setup.
• Build workflow automations using Okta Workflows and other iPaaS tools to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with Okta administration, including SSO configuration and user provisioning.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Jira Service Management.
• Expertise in macOS troubleshooting and configuration.
• Ability to build automations in tools such as Zapier, Make, or Okta Workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM systems like Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
• Knowledge of security and privacy tools (Verkada, Nightfall, Proofpoint).
• Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and Cisco Meraki.
• Prior work experience in fast-growing tech companies or startups.
