What you will do

  • Pro-actively manage a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability, and Property Damage claims.
  • Handle the full claim lifecycle from inception to settlement (pre-litigation).
  • Maintain accurate data in the case management system and adhere to client SLAs.
  • Allocate new claims and develop effective settlement strategies.
  • Perform supervisory tasks and provide training and mentoring to team members.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients through review meetings and project work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in casualty claims handling.
  • Experience dealing with quantum values up to £25k.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage high volume workloads.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to have

  • Prior supervisory experience.
