What you will do
- Pro-actively manage a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability, and Property Damage claims.
- Handle the full claim lifecycle from inception to settlement (pre-litigation).
- Maintain accurate data in the case management system and adhere to client SLAs.
- Allocate new claims and develop effective settlement strategies.
- Perform supervisory tasks and provide training and mentoring to team members.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients through review meetings and project work.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in casualty claims handling.
- Experience dealing with quantum values up to £25k.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage high volume workloads.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
