What you will do
- Manage a caseload of large and complex property, liability, and recovery files.
- Act as a primary client contact, overseeing service delivery and quality for key accounts.
- Advise on high-profile media cases involving adverse publicity.
- Mentor and support assistant solicitors and paralegals within the team.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including drafting publications and speaking at seminars.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support performance and growth targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, property, and coverage law is required.
- Proven claims handling and litigation experience in large and complex loss recoveries.
- Working knowledge of household and commercial property claims.
- Ability to manage complex litigation and liaise effectively with key clients.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with case management systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a busy, collaborative team environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in managing people.
- Experience in travel claims.
