TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage a caseload of large and complex property, liability, and recovery files.
  • Act as a primary client contact, overseeing service delivery and quality for key accounts.
  • Advise on high-profile media cases involving adverse publicity.
  • Mentor and support assistant solicitors and paralegals within the team.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including drafting publications and speaking at seminars.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support performance and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in insurance, property, and coverage law is required.
  • Proven claims handling and litigation experience in large and complex loss recoveries.
  • Working knowledge of household and commercial property claims.
  • Ability to manage complex litigation and liaise effectively with key clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with case management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy, collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in managing people.
  • Experience in travel claims.
