What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV and cinema system issues, including network connectivity and infrastructure.
• Perform emergency on-site repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance at customer locations.
• Install and document AV products and related equipment according to service standards.
• Provide timely technical support via telephone and in-person to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support live events and screenings, ensuring full functionality of all equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and provide detailed technical documentation for all service activities.

Requirements

• Must be local to Atlanta, GA
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical support, networking, field service, or PC repair.
• 3-5 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, or theory of digital projection and audio systems.
• Ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international trips on short notice.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, analog and digital circuits, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio/video test and calibration equipment.
• Formal electrical or electronic training.
• Experience with multimedia equipment installation.
