What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV and cinema system issues, including network connectivity and infrastructure.
- Perform emergency on-site repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance at customer locations.
- Install and document AV products and related equipment according to service standards.
- Provide timely technical support via telephone and in-person to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support live events and screenings, ensuring full functionality of all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory reports and provide detailed technical documentation for all service activities.
Requirements
- Must be local to Atlanta, GA
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical support, networking, field service, or PC repair.
- 3-5 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, or theory of digital projection and audio systems.
- Ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international trips on short notice.
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow, analog and digital circuits, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with audio/video test and calibration equipment.
- Formal electrical or electronic training.
- Experience with multimedia equipment installation.
