What you will do

• Lead commissioning efforts for large and complex projects exceeding $750k as the primary technical expert.
• Configure AV networks and coordinate integration with client network infrastructures.
• Create and modify DSP files for complex divisible systems, focusing on AEC optimization for videoconferencing.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues by tracing signal flow and resolving system bottlenecks.
• Train and mentor field engineers and installation technicians on quality checklists and implementation.
• Collaborate with design and pre-sales teams to provide lessons-learned feedback for improving future system designs.

Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Virginia, Maryland, or DC.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a commercial AV Field Engineer.
• DSP certifications from Biamp, QSC, or BSS and Level 1 programming/configuration certifications from Crestron and/or Extron.
• Shure Integrated Systems and RF certifications.
• Strong networking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in state of residence.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certifications.
• ISF Certification for displays.
• Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Zoom Rooms.
• Experience with broadcast or hybrid conference-live event systems.
