What you will do

• Act as the primary on-site escalation point for AV operations and daily schedule management.
• Manage and review SLAs with the client's service manager to ensure performance targets are met and risks are mitigated.
• Delegate meeting services roles and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technical tasks.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure adequate staffing and skill levels are maintained.
• Perform preventative maintenance, break-fix tasks, and provide direct meeting support.
• Document processes for AV and video production projects and maintain comprehensive performance metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Milwaukee, WI, USA
• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level AV support.
• Competencies in Crestron and QSC control systems.
• Proficiency with Zoom and MS Teams technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS-I or CTS certifications.
• Manufacturer certifications from QSC, Barco, Cisco, Crestron, or Logitech.
• Experience with Shure, Ross, Tripleplay, Dante Audio, TV One, or Matrox.
• Prior installation and field engineering experience.
