Field Engineer (Medtech)

Compensation: $32.74 - $43.65 per hour

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain X-ray imaging equipment, laser printers, and networking systems at customer sites.
• Manage customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communication regarding equipment issues.
• Independently diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network problems in hospital and imaging center environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance, field change orders, and full system installations.
• Adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements and company safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent (BSEE/BSMET preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging or 4+ years in the electronics industry.
• Knowledge of computers and networking, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and driving record compliant with Fleet Policy.
• Must reside within the Atlanta territory.

Nice to have

• Experience with X-Ray and complex medical devices.
• Prior knowledge of hirify.global equipment.
