What you will do

• Provide on-site AV support for end-user meetings, conferences, and events.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve system/equipment faults.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to facilitate equipment repairs.
• Develop and manage an inventory tracking and recording mechanism.
• Track repair needs and events within ticketing systems and produce detailed reports.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in enterprise-level AV support.
• Competencies in Crestron and QSC control systems.
• Proficiency with Zoom and MS Teams technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree or technical certification preferred).
• Must be based in Milwaukee, WI, USA.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS, Biamp, or Crestron certifications.
• Networking or IT related certifications.
• Experience with brands such as Logitech, Shure, Ross, Tripleplay, Dante Audio, TV One, EDC Speakers, or Matrox.
