What you will do
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the Northeast US territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, education, government, and healthcare verticals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, integrators, and distributors.
- Attend regional and national trade shows and partner events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the ProAV industry.
- Field sales responsibility of at least $5 million.
- Strong knowledge of AV integration, signal management, and display solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic and international).
- Must live in one of the listed territories (NJ, NY, MA, NH, CT, RI, VT, ME).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with C-level decision-makers.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders including architects and end-users.
- Deep knowledge of regional channel dynamics and distributor strengths in the ProAV sector.
- Awareness of project bids, RFPs, and dealer programs in the AV channel.
