TL;DR

Manager, Global Membership Program (Operations/Partnerships): Leading the end-to-end onboarding and operational integration of international licensees into a premier executive membership club with an accent on brand standards, CRM deployment, and strategic growth. Focus on managing complex global initiatives, driving market launches, and ensuring a consistent, high-touch experience for C-suite members across diverse geographies.

Location: Hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite per week). Must reside in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding of international licensees from contract execution through market launch.
  • Develop and implement operating playbooks, acquisition strategies, and growth frameworks.
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of the Peoplevine CRM platform.
  • Train licensee partners on platform functionality, pricing models, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between global headquarters and international partners.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the membership experience and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, operations, or consulting within membership-based businesses.
  • Proven track record of leading complex onboarding or implementation projects.
  • Experience managing global or multi-market initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and platform management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Must reside in one of the specified US states due to business and compliance requirements.

  • Prior experience with the Peoplevine CRM platform.
