What you will do
- Own the weekly Control Tower preparation cycle, including refreshing supply/demand data and updating dashboards for executive leadership.
- Manage supply chain visibility and component availability, flagging emerging bottlenecks before they become delivery risks.
- Coordinate between account teams and the Control Tower to validate demand forecasts and reconcile customer signals.
- Support risk-buy playbook execution, overseeing long-lead approvals and liability tracking.
- Document and continuously improve operating procedures, meeting templates, and escalation protocols.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, program management, or commercial operations.
- Background in networking, telecom, or enterprise hardware industries.
- Strong data fluency with supply/demand models, pipeline dashboards, and CRM systems.
- Ability to synthesize operational complexity into crisp, decision-ready executive updates.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be based in the US or Canada
Nice to have
- Experience working with or selling to hyperscaler customers.
- Familiarity with supply chain visibility platforms such as Kinaxis or Palantir.
- Background in IP networking or data center networking hardware.
- Experience in S&OP or S&OE operating cadence design.
