Senior Program Manager

Salary: $90,200 – $105,000

What you will do

• Plan and implement complex community programs involving 250-1000+ vendors.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive maximum adoption within program timelines.
• Create and distribute communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Train sales teams on trading partner outreach tactics.
• Act as a liaison between retail partners and internal account teams to manage dependencies.
• Provide coaching and recommendations to partners to ensure program goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web analysis tools.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating resolutions and stakeholder management.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Minneapolis.
