What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer service as a reliable point of contact.
  • Manage daily tasks within agreed SLAs to ensure timely claim progress.
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to keep claims moving.
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Data Protection procedures.
  • Identify and escalate inconsistencies or issues to management.
