What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 50–70 commercial accounts in the Melbourne region to increase consumption and workload adoption.
• Execute full-cycle sales motions, from identifying expansion opportunities to closing and ensuring long-term success.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product Specialists to qualify opportunities and provide technical guidance.
• Align hirify.global's value proposition with the AI and data strategies of major Australian enterprises.
• Deliver tailored solution demonstrations and presentations showcasing functional capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Provide post-sales technical guidance to customer teams to ensure digital transformation success.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud technology.
• Must be based in Melbourne or possess existing relationships within the local enterprise technology community.
• Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships within the Australian market.
• Experience working with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models.
• Familiarity with the modern data and AI stack, including cloud data platforms and AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of the Australian data governance and compliance landscape.
