What you will do

• Conduct field investigations for assigned liability and casualty claims.
• Inspect property, vehicles, and accident scenes to document damages and causation through photos and diagrams.
• Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses to evaluate loss facts.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and well-documented reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate with examiners, attorneys, and carriers to resolve claim exposures.
• Manage assignments and travel throughout the assigned Northeast coverage territory.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Northeast territory).
• 3+ years of professional adjusting experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) and the ability to obtain additional ones.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Experience handling bodily injury, auto, home, or general liability claims.
• Strong investigative mindset and high attention to detail.
