What you will do
- Maintain and update renewal business logs in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM.
- Send renewal solicitations to existing clients and coordinate with insurance carriers.
- Create branded quote documents and payment instructions for renewals.
- Process money mail orders and ensure accurate invoicing for carrier payments.
- Handle mid-term policy servicing including cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 months of related experience or training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Insurance knowledge or relevant coursework (e.g., INS21, INS22, or INS23).
- Experience in the veterinary industry.
