What you will do
- Generate sales qualified leads via phone and email targeting Ideal Company Profiles (ICP).
- Meet daily performance metrics, including call volume, talk time, and email outreach.
- Utilize ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to identify prospects and execute outreach campaigns.
- Build relationships and schedule needs analysis calls and demonstrations for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales leadership to grow the sales pipeline.
- Manage prospective client data and contribute to the optimization of the ICP list.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dallas, TX.
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate, or professional office settings.
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Prior SDR/BDR experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with Pardot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
