What you will do

  • Generate sales qualified leads via phone and email targeting Ideal Company Profiles (ICP).
  • Meet daily performance metrics, including call volume, talk time, and email outreach.
  • Utilize ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to identify prospects and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Build relationships and schedule needs analysis calls and demonstrations for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales leadership to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Manage prospective client data and contribute to the optimization of the ICP list.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dallas, TX.
  • 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate, or professional office settings.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Prior SDR/BDR experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with Pardot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
