What you will do
- Manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent EL/PL cases on behalf of insurance clients.
- Review and analyze evidence including witness statements, medical records, and inspection reports.
- Develop and implement strategies for claim management and litigation.
- Instruct experts, counsel, and investigators as required for case progression.
- Draft legal documents, including pre-trial reports, counter schedules, and cost schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations throughout the claims lifecycle.
Requirements
- Previous experience handling a caseload of EL/PL files.
- Proven litigation experience within the insurance or legal sector.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work from the Bolton office on a hybrid basis.
