TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track EL/PL claims valued between £25k and £150k.
  • Provide expert assistance to Partners on high-value claims up to £1,000,000.
  • Act as a Technical Lead for retail clients, serving as the primary point of contact for technical and reputational issues.
  • Draft pleadings, prepare witness evidence, and represent clients in court or settlement conferences.
  • Lead client audits and participate in operational and performance review meetings.
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and case surgeries for client teams.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive experience in EL/PL multi-track file handling.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value claims up to £150k.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess liability and quantum effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with retail and insurance clients.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Liverpool as part of a hybrid arrangement.
  • Commitment to maintaining SRA standards and regulations.
