What you will do
- Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track EL/PL claims valued between £25k and £150k.
- Provide expert assistance to Partners on high-value claims up to £1,000,000.
- Act as a Technical Lead for retail clients, serving as the primary point of contact for technical and reputational issues.
- Draft pleadings, prepare witness evidence, and represent clients in court or settlement conferences.
- Lead client audits and participate in operational and performance review meetings.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and case surgeries for client teams.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience in EL/PL multi-track file handling.
- Proven track record of managing high-value claims up to £150k.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess liability and quantum effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with retail and insurance clients.
- Must be able to work on-site in Liverpool as part of a hybrid arrangement.
- Commitment to maintaining SRA standards and regulations.
