Focus on designing repeatable sales motions, driving revenue growth, and engaging executive stakeholders in the healthcare and benefits space.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $185,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the SMB sales strategy to consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of approximately 8–10 SMB sales representatives.
  • Design and operationalize the SMB sales engine, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales cadence.
  • Engage directly in strategic customer conversations with HR, Benefits, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strengthen relationships with brokers, consultants, and channel partners to influence employer buying decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve messaging, pricing, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of sales experience, including meaningful sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to HR, Benefits, Finance, or executive buyers.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and a data-driven approach to pipeline and performance management.
  • Experience building or scaling a sales motion from the ground up.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling employer-sponsored healthcare, benefits, fertility, or digital health solutions.
  • Familiarity with fully insured and self-funded employer benefit models.
  • Experience scaling a sales segment in a high-growth company.
