What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and full P&L performance for a global SaaS business unit.
• Design and lead ambitious growth strategies to scale revenue and improve profitability.
• Build and execute annual operating plans, balancing short-term execution with long-term investments.
• Lead and align global cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
• Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms to improve decision-making speed and accountability.
• Drive innovation through AI, data-driven insights, and experimentation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive senior executive leadership experience in global SaaS organizations at the SVP level or equivalent.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and successfully scaling businesses.
• Deep expertise across end-to-end go-to-market functions including sales, marketing, and product.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics, Rule of 40 discipline, and data-driven growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and analytics to transform operating models.
