What you will do
- Own the pipeline contribution strategy for every assigned event, defining target account lists and setting opportunity goals.
- Design event programs with a clear path to sourced pipeline, identifying and prioritizing ICP-fit attendees.
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned events, including event agency relationship, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop the full event marketing plan, including audience segmentation, campaign calendar, and success metrics.
- Drive alignment across Sales, CS, Partnerships, Design, Content, and MOPs, ensuring every stakeholder knows their role and deadlines.
- Leverage shared industry intelligence, including Product Marketing narratives, customer insights, and AI-generated research.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record connecting event activity to pipeline and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
- Experience managing both the operational and marketing sides of events.
- Strong grasp of demand generation principles, including ABM, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Excellent project management instincts, building timelines early and anticipating dependencies.
- Comfortable with regular travel for on-site event execution (up to 25% of your time).
