What you will do

• Define and lead global acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, webinars, and content syndication.
• Own channel-level funnel targets and develop quarterly plans to achieve revenue objectives.
• Monitor end-to-end funnel performance to identify and resolve conversion gaps.
• Manage relationships with paid media agencies and external vendors to ensure performance and budget efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to run structured tests and drive continuous optimization of pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in managing global and localized PPC campaigns.
• Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Technical proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead flow and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
