Salary: $115,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM and logistics clients, building long-term strategic relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and onboarding.
- Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Lead product demos, pilot deployments, and post-installation onboarding processes.
- Monitor customer health, gather feedback, and conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
- Travel to customer locations to provide on-site support, training, and implementation oversight.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of managing high-value enterprise accounts and multi-site deployments.
- Experience working with OEMs, logistics providers, dealerships, or fleet management organizations.
- Strong ability to influence complex stakeholder groups, including executives and operations leaders.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time to dealership environments.
