What you will do

  • Own the full enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and skill development for Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs while building a scalable foundation for the function.
  • Develop and execute a Revenue Enablement strategy aligned with company goals and sales methodologies.
  • Maintain a content library of playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure alignment across the buyer journey.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to automate workflows and personalize learning pathways.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement.
  • Must have hands-on individual contributor experience.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments (Series B+) or IPO/M&A support.
  • Proven ability to build enablement infrastructure from scratch.
  • Strong command of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketplace business models.
