What you will do
- Own the full enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and skill development for Sales and Account Management teams.
- Design and deliver enablement programs while building a scalable foundation for the function.
- Develop and execute a Revenue Enablement strategy aligned with company goals and sales methodologies.
- Maintain a content library of playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure alignment across the buyer journey.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude to automate workflows and personalize learning pathways.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement.
- Must have hands-on individual contributor experience.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments (Series B+) or IPO/M&A support.
- Proven ability to build enablement infrastructure from scratch.
- Strong command of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Background in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketplace business models.
