What you will do
- Support new partner onboarding and training to ensure agents and managers are confident and effective.
- Analyze enrollment, Quality Assurance, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to training programs and resources in partnership with Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with trainers and coordinators to maintain consistent focus on Quality Assurance and compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align on insights and performance opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to identify opportunities, address issues, and improve partner experience through enablement practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence partner performance through insights and enablement programs.
- Background in sales training, sales enablement, quality assurance, or compliance enablement required; direct sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI-driven Quality Assurance and compliance tools required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
