Sales Enablement Manager

What you will do

• Support new partner onboarding and training to ensure agents and managers are confident and effective.
• Analyze enrollment, Quality Assurance, and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities.
• Recommend enhancements to training programs and resources in partnership with Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with trainers and coordinators to maintain consistent focus on Quality Assurance and compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to align on insights and performance opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to identify opportunities, address issues, and improve partner experience through enablement practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to influence partner performance through insights and enablement programs.
• Background in sales training, sales enablement, quality assurance, or compliance enablement required; direct sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI-driven Quality Assurance and compliance tools required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
