Sales Enablement Manager (EdTech): Owns programs and content that power revenue teams, partnering cross-functionally to deepen product expertise, sharpen sales execution, and deliver a better customer experience with an accent on leveraging AI and analytics to identify trends and surface enablement gaps. Focus on designing, launching, and continuously improving sales onboarding and ongoing training programs.
Location: Work remote from one of our eligible states across the US, or if you’re near Austin three days in office a week!

What you will do
- Design, launch, and continuously improve sales onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Maintain and update a centralized sales content library, including playbooks, battle cards, and pitch decks.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate new features and positioning into field-ready tools.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and role-play exercises to sharpen seller skills.
- Track key enablement metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
- Support the launch of new products and campaigns with coordinated enablement plans.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building enablement programs that measurably improve sales performance.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, ideally in SaaS or EdTech environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms (Highspot preferred), CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and Revenue Intelligence Platform (Gong preferred).
- Data-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in K–12 education or public sector sales.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, preferably Claude, to improve efficiency.
