What you will do
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, and X focused on high-value B2B target accounts.
- Build ICP audiences using Clay, intent data, and predictive audiences to create personalized ad experiences.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns for awareness, retargeting, and demand generation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Conduct daily pacing, performance audits, and A/B testing of ad copy and creatives to optimize cpMQL and cpOPP.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop a testing roadmap and manage asset refresh cycles.
- Implement robust conversion tracking (CAPI/X Pixel) and UTM architecture for accurate ROI attribution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay.
- Proven expertise in audience segmentation, scaling spend, and managing complex B2B full-funnel campaigns.
- Expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking installation, and data-driven optimization.
- Experience targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise tech.
- English: Fluent proficiency required as it is the standardized language used at the company.
