What you will do
- Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels, specifically LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Manage full-funnel acquisition performance, from initial traffic to inbound sales opportunities.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align messaging and distribution strategies.
- Lead the website growth roadmap focusing on CRO, user journeys, and experimentation.
- Identify and implement organic growth opportunities through SEO and GEO initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Growth, Demand, or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of website optimization and CRO principles.
- Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategies from a technical or on-site perspective.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
