What you will do

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels, specifically LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth.
  • Manage full-funnel acquisition performance, from initial traffic to inbound sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align messaging and distribution strategies.
  • Lead the website growth roadmap focusing on CRO, user journeys, and experimentation.
  • Identify and implement organic growth opportunities through SEO and GEO initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Growth, Demand, or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization and CRO principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategies from a technical or on-site perspective.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
