What you will do

• Build and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering program within the Customer Solutions department.
• Own post-sales patterns, specifically focusing on onboarding and architecture "get well" engagements.
• Guide customers in implementing technical and organizational changes required to adopt agentic development workflows.
• Partner with the Field CTO and leadership to align strategy, customer feedback, and execution.
• Develop repeatable and scalable patterns across different customer segments.
• Define how AI and human-in-the-loop workflows should modernize customer solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical customer-facing teams such as professional services, forward deployed engineering, or solution architecture.
• Ability to operate as both a builder and a leader in ambiguous environments.
• Strong technical depth in cloud-native platforms, developer workflows, and AI-enabled development practices.
• Capability to design systems, patterns, and operating models from the ground up.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, platform engineering, or cloud development environments.
• Background working within large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience introducing new operating models across post-sales or go-to-market teams.
