What you will do
- Independently manage a caseload of property insurance litigation from start to finish.
- Support lead lawyers on high-value cases exceeding £1 million.
- Draft bespoke coverage advices, court proceedings, and legal applications.
- Conduct thorough investigations and perform legal research.
- Present technical legal seminars and workshops to insurer clients.
- Ensure full compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX.
- Proven experience in defendant property insurance litigation.
- Thorough understanding of insurance disputes, negligence, and breach of contract.
- Strong ability to prioritize complex workloads and manage litigation processes.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior claims handlers.
- Must be able to work from the London office at least one day per week.
