What you will do

• Manage the relationship between hirify.global and the network provider on the RTX account.
• Provide centralized oversight for interdependent network projects including data center builds, network refreshes, and WAN/SD-WAN rollouts.
• Act as the primary coordination point between Network Engineering, Operations, Security, Application teams, Facilities, and Finance.
• Identify and actively manage dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and resource constraints to prevent scope creep.
• Lead delivery teams to ensure high-quality IT services and positive customer outcomes.
• Coordinate troubleshooting for incidents, problems, changes, and escalations in malfunctioning services or equipment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (US Restricted).
• 5+ years of experience supporting large, complex aerospace or defense enterprise environments (e.g., RTX).
• 5+ years of experience operating within regulated, multi-site, globally distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network environments including LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless.
• Relevant IT service management or networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading delivery teams through incident, problem, and change management, as well as root cause analysis.
