What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex turnkey services supporting high-speed data deployments.
• Translate customer operational requirements into executable plans, milestones, and governance models.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability and escalation for risk management and issue resolution.
• Establish RACI matrices and communication plans across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor execution to ensure SLAs, cost targets, and profitability objectives are met.
• Develop performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of product and service outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or service deployment.
• Proven experience managing complex programs in a matrixed environment.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and executive-level escalation.
• Ability to manage program financials, including cost tracking and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed optical network deployment and supply chain activities.
• Knowledge of fiber optic or high-speed data communications technologies.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products and services deployment models.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire.
