What you will do
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex turnkey services supporting high-speed data deployments.
- Translate customer operational requirements into executable plans, milestones, and governance models.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability and escalation for risk management and issue resolution.
- Establish RACI matrices and communication plans across internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor execution to ensure SLAs, cost targets, and profitability objectives are met.
- Develop performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of product and service outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or service deployment.
- Proven experience managing complex programs in a matrixed environment.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and executive-level escalation.
- Ability to manage program financials, including cost tracking and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-speed optical network deployment and supply chain activities.
- Knowledge of fiber optic or high-speed data communications technologies.
- Familiarity with products and services deployment models.
- PMP certification or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire.
