TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Space Systems): Leading execution of critical internal programs across flight software, avionics, and mission operations with an accent on system integration and mission readiness. Location: Westminster, CO. Hybrid: Must be based in the US (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary: $107,000 - $179,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs spanning flight software, avionics, and mission operations readiness.
- Drive program planning, scheduling, and tracking to meet technical, resource, and cost commitments.
- Coordinate across systems engineering, hardware, and software teams to align scope, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Oversee flight software initiatives, edge compute capabilities, and vendor execution for onboard processing systems.
- Plan and execute readiness for LEOP and commissioning, including ground system validation and CONOPS.
- Manage risk identification and mitigation for on-orbit operations using flatsat and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments.
Requirements
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in technical program management or systems engineering within aerospace or complex systems.
- Proven experience with flight software, avionics systems, and spacecraft development.
- Hands-on experience with Flatsat, HIL testing, or similar integration and test environments.
- Strong communication skills to operate across technical and programmatic stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience supporting spacecraft through launch, LEOP, and commissioning.
- Background in mission operations or mission control systems.
- Experience with onboard computing or edge processing architectures.
