What you will do
- Define and own the regional growth strategy and implementation for the French market.
- Drive aggressive lead generation and brand awareness to scale regional presence.
- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences.
- Manage end-to-end local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven reporting and optimizations.
Requirements
- Native French speaker.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Proven track record of owning growth and marketing projects from start to finish.
- Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Broad knowledge across growth marketing, including data analysis, performance, and campaign planning.

- Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
- Product marketing sense and design skills.
- Deep understanding of the French tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
