What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year marketing strategy aligned with mission and theological convictions.
• Provide executive leadership over brand, messaging, content strategy, digital marketing, and creative functions.
• Strategically oversee ministry events, including conferences and donor gatherings, to drive engagement and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders across Marketing and Events teams in a high-performance culture.
• Oversee marketing and events budgets and performance analysis to ensure responsible stewardship of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, preferably within a large nonprofit or faith-based organization.
• Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, brand development, and audience analytics.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership teams and boards.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (EEO Employer).
