What you will do

• Lead and mentor the largest sub-department within the Client Solutions team.
• Develop and execute the agency's strategic vision for media activation and innovation.
• Manage high-level relationships with major media platforms and publishers to secure strategic advantages.
• Oversee global activation teams supporting North American business operations.
• Standardize campaign setup, optimization, and reporting processes across all channels.
• Influence the development and implementation of the Kepler Intelligence Platform and ad tech stack.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in media management with a track record of overseeing $100M+ in aggregate spend.
• Deep expertise in media platforms, ad tech, and sustainable growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of advanced measurement methodologies including MMM and MTA.
• Proven ability to negotiate at the highest levels with media partners and ad tech providers.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in career mapping and team retention.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for client-facing communication.
